たけのこの消費方法をあれこれ考える。以前ひき肉に醤油と甜麺醤を1:1というお手軽レシピをおぼえてときどき作っているのだけれど、肉だけでは肉々しいのでタマネギのみじん切りなどを加えることもあったりする。今回これにたけのこも追加してみる。ご飯にのっけてもいいし、汁なしうどんにのっけて温玉トッピングでもいいし、サラダの上に追加してもいいので万能の肉。レオナルドと名づけよう。
