インターネットはいかに青少年を脆弱にしたか

In what ways has the Internet made young people more vulnerable?

Depending on what we are, the answers may well vary, and they are all worth considering, but we know that young people are prone to be psychologically vulnerable, partly because of the Internet. I’m not an expert, but let me explain the details.

First, access to the Internet itself can cause much stress. In particular, low transfer rates affect young people to cause stress when accessing. On this point, surveys have also shown that browsing the Internet often make young people feel stressed. This can lead to anxiety and even major depression.

Next, excessive use of the Internet reduces healthy interests and free time, which harms the physical and mental health of young people. For example, staring at PC screens or smartphones can restrict their movement and even damage their eyesight. In addition, studies have shown that the young people have difficulty with complex relationships and are more susceptible to negative feedback, compared to previous generations.

In conclusion, while the Internet is necessary in modern societies, we should be careful of its negative impacts and make efforts to ensure its proper use. Thank you for your attention. [187 Words Type-N]
