What are the future roles of robots?

The future is often hard to predict; depending on how familiar we are with this topic, the answers may well vary, and they all make sense, but in my view, robots will take on a wide variety of tasks. Now let me explain some of them.     

First, robots now have highly developed motor skills, so they are able to control their motion, such as holding an egg with five fingers or walking on snowy surfaces. So for example, nursing robots assist patients with everyday activities including bathing and using the toilet. For another, combined with AI, agricultural robots such as “farming drones” and “self-driving tractors” have already been introduced and expected to alleviate ongoing labor shortage in agricultural industry.     

In this way, they will gradually replace manual labor in various fields. So, experts predict that robots will handle nearly half of all jobs, which results in a low-cost productivity and boosts the economy in turn.
