Isaiah 43:1 Now, says the LORD — the One who created you, Jacob, the One who formed you, Israel: Don’t fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are Mine.

Luke 22:42 Father, if you are willing, take this cup from Me; yet not My will, but Yours be done.

James 4:7 So be subject to God. Resist the devil [stand firm against him], and he will flee from you.

2 Corinthians 4:15–16 The more grace God gives, the more thanksgiving will redound to His glory. 16 This is the reason why we never collapse. The outward man does indeed suffer wear and tear, but every day the inward man receives fresh strength.

Acts 9:13-14 “Lord,” Ananias answered, “I have heard many reports about this man and all the harm he has done to your saints in Jerusalem. 14 And he has come here with authority from the chief priests to arrest all who call on your name.”

Psalm 145:18-19 The LORD is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth. 19 He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him; He will also hear their cry and will save them.

May you follow after the Lord, seeking the heavenly wisdom of the Father which is peaceable and gentle, forsaking the ways which the world follows to secure favor, obtain direction, and determine the future, for these ways lead away from the Lord your God, and are detestable to Him. Deuteronomy 18, James 3

May the Lord your God enlarge your territory, as He promised on oath to you, and give you the whole land He promised, because you carefully follow the Word of God you have received – to love the Lord your God and to walk always in His ways. Deuteronomy 19

May you always show grace and mercy abundantly to those who are in need of it, just as the Israelites were directed to establish cities of refuge for those who could find it nowhere else. Deuteronomy 19

May you not be afraid of the methods used by people of the world when they come against you with persecution and trials, for the Lord your God, Who has saved and redeemed you, will be with you, giving you words of testimony that will convict of sin, righteousness, and judgment, drawing those who will turn to His mercy in repentance. Deuteronomy 20, John 16

May you not be fainthearted or give way to panic as you go into spiritual battle against the principalities and powers which resist the will of God and stand against the word of God, seeking to influence people to act against the ways of God, for the Lord your God is the One who goes with you to fight for you and give you the victory. Deuteronomy 20

Are you willing to be the least-regarded among your acquaintances, My child? Do you find in your heart an acceptance of being relegated to the edges and the dimness by those you work with? Are you able to be content with not being heard by those you associate with regularly?
Even more, My disciple, can you gladly minister to them in love, supporting and encouraging them without acknowledgment? Are you willing to pray for them and intercede with Me on their behalf while quietly cleaning up after them and peacefully fixing what they have undone?
As a mother lovingly nurtures the children of her heart with self-sacrifice, and as a father expends himself laboring on behalf of the children of his soul to provide their needs, can you place the spiritual needs of others before your need for recognition? Can you find the joy in your time of fellowship with Me that sustains you and changes the atmosphere for others, clearing the taint of the enemy and opening the door for My Spirit to move?
There are times, My warrior, when boldness and battle are the call of the day, and great victories are won with the clash of weapons and sound of fury among the people; plunder will be taken, captives freed, acclaim will be made and awards presented.
But so often, My valiant one, the groundwork for success is laid by those I place quietly, scattered among the enemy’s holdings, who are not heard and rarely seen, but who bring the fragrance of freedom and the dawning of light into darkness. They speak of My love by their actions to those who will hear, and leave signs of My compassion to those who will see, quietly sowing seeds and patiently watering the tender growth as questions I pose burn in the hearts of those I draw until it bears a harvest of souls for Me.
Endure hardship with patience, My devoted one, whether of battle or of service, as a loyal soldier and humble servant of the Father. The harvest will soon be over and the celebration feast will be held.

May you ever choose to honor and listen to the anointed Son of God Who is beloved of the Father, over any other sources, however prominent. Luke 9

May you be willing, in the sight of the world, to be considered as no better than a child, innocent in intent, ignorant of evil, not practiced in guile, trusting all and willing to help any. Luke 9

May you accept and encourage all who labor with you in the harvest fields of the Lord, for whoever is not against you is for you. Luke 9

May there be nothing on earth you desire as much as God, for though your flesh and your heart may fail, God is your strength and your portion forever. Psalm 73
