ロシアで死刑復活の議論、テロに際して
モスクワ近郊でのテロ事件際して、停止されていた死刑の執行を復活させる動きがある。ロシアでは、憲法裁判所の判断により死刑の執行が一時停止されているが、モスクワ近郊でのテロ事件の犯人に対し、死刑を適用すべきであるという動きが強まっている。法の遡及適用についての問題もあり、実際にどのような刑罰が下されるのかはわからない。
