Hi!
1. Just right-click on the image you need and select “Download Image”.
2. After that, save the image on the device in any folder.
3. Hover over the site tile at Speed Dial, click the Plus (+) button and select downloaded picture.

Nice work, I had spent hours creating custom icons, only to loose them all when I reinstalled Vivaldi 🙁
Yes, after reinstalling the browser thumbnails disappear, but if you save them in a separate folder, they are easy to restore.
